E-biology Through our e-Biology program, we make our knockout mouse lines available for purchase to academic and non-profit researchers conducting non-commercial research. We estimate that our knockout mouse line resources represent more than half of all genes in the mammalian genome and believe it is the largest collection of its kind. Along with each knockout mouse line purchased, we provide gene specific genotyping protocols and detailed information describing the site of the mutation and the construct used (including restriction map).
Purchasing Mouse Lines Please complete the form below if you are interested in determining the availability of a mouse line for purchase. You will be contacted within three (3) business days by an e-Biology scientist to discuss the availability of your selected mouse gene. Please note that submission of this request in no way obligates you to the purchase of, or Lexicon to sell such, knockout mouse lines.
e-Biology knockout mouse lines are being offered under standard terms with fees starting at $30,000 per mouse line depending upon the contract options selected.
