Erek Ostrowski
Dr. Erek J. Ostrowski is a Boston-based leadership coach and a faculty member of the Leadership Coaching Cohort program at the University of Pennsylvania. In his professional practice, Erek partners with entrepreneurs, business owners, and startup founders to help them become skillful, impactful leaders in the organizations and communities they serve. As an educator and scholar, his interests include group coaching, coaching theory, and entrepreneurial learning.
Erek received his PhD in organizational development and change from Fielding Graduate University. He is a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), and a board member of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching (GSAEC). In 2017, Erek was awarded a Harnisch Fellowship from the Institute of Coaching for his original research on navigating entrepreneurial challenges through group coaching.
