  • First, I learned from the latest research on coaching to stay critical towards my own biases as a coach and to notice the dogmas that are holding us back as coaches. Second, I got inspired by top executive Coaches such as Carol Kauffman and David Noble who shared their perspectives on how to help clients grow their leadership. I started using their framework and approach. Third, the latest research on Coaching Effectiveness in Healthcare and within other sectors broadened my awareness of what is really helping clients to cope with mental health issues. Last but not least the latest research and experiments with AI in coaching were refreshing and taught me how to embrace AI and see the opportunities instead of the threats.

  • The 2023 IOC Virtual Annual Conference was engaging, inspiring and accessible. It was a wonderful way to meet, network with, and hear from coaches and top experts from around the world. I especially enjoyed learning about coaching approaches to treat burnout with questions to guide your client's perspective, ideologies to differentiate illness from wellness and to support well-being in our coaching practices and communities, and perspectives on added uses and points of consideration for the effects of A.I. in our field. The conference was well-organized, with personable and timely facilitation, and included recorded sessions, so I was able to rewatch the presentations and catch the ones I missed later on. From one coach to another, I recommend this conference as a great resource not only for CEU's but also as a way to continue to develop and refine your skills!

  • I thoroughly enjoyed attending the IOC 2023 Conference in April. The conference had a wide range of speakers who were able to share their knowledge and research. As a certified executive coach I had many takeaways from the sessions! As a coach, focusing on the whole person is key to having an impact on my clients.  I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the way we view well-being as well as burnout and how we can support our clients in this arena. I found the PERMA model a useful tool in looking at the way we view well-being. It was such a great learning experience for me and I strongly recommend attending this conference. Each session I attended left me wanting to learn more!
