You are invited to join us on the 5th October 2022 at 6pm AEST for another insightful APAC Roundtable. The topic for discussion is The Future of Coaching in Asia Pacific: Challenges and opportunities in the diverse APAC region.

Throughout the world, polarisation and divisiveness continue to dominate, and Asia Pacific is no exception. Asia Pacific consists of numerous countries, each with its own culture, language(s), and internal political concerns. As coaches, we need to become increasingly sensitive to this as we engage with the companies we service and the people we coach, if we are to make a difference. Whilst there are distinct differences, there are also interesting trends emerging in the region, presenting opportunities for coaches seeking to expand their knowledge and practice in Asia Pacific.

The Steering Committee of the Institute of Coaching APAC Roundtable warmly invites you to this discussion on 5th October 2022 at 6:00pm AEST. Join special guests, Taruna Aggarwal and Uma Arora, of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC), as they lead the conversation based on the results of the research findings from a study conducted APAC.

We invite all coaches and HR professionals who would like to step into the brave space of examination, reflection and action to attend this session. Our IOC APAC Steering Committee looks forward to further facilitating deeper conversations in the break-out rooms.
