IOC Roundtable Learning Event - EMEA

You are invited to join us on November 5, 2024 at 9:00am CET for the EMEA Café Roundtable, a free monthly, one hour, live virtual meeting with the intention to explore our experience and to connect with each other and ourselves.  This month, we will explore: How to Enable Change Using the Body as a Metaphor.

What we'll explore:

  • How, as a coach, do you use somatic coaching in your coaching practice with your clients?
  • How do you use your own body in your coaching practice?
  • How could you rely more on this resource to enable change, promote awareness, both for clients and for yourself?

These monthly Zoom events are an opportunity for coaches to create connections with each other and are hosted by the Institute of Coaching EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Area Roundtable.

Each live virtual meeting will include:

  • Brief introduction of the theme for the month
  • Small group discussion, exploration, and connection

Meet Our Co-Hosts

Rolf Pfeiffer

Rolf Pfeiffer is an accomplished executive development professional with a rich background in consulting and senior management roles at prominent firms like Arthur D. Little, Accenture, and CSL Behring. He transitioned his career to focus on executive assessment and coaching, working globally in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the USA, and South Africa. Rolf is currently a managing partner at S & P Executive Advisory Partners and is actively involved in mentoring programs and leadership development initiatives, showcasing his commitment to fostering professional growth and collaboration on an international scale.

An ICF PCC professional coach with over 12 years’ experience, she specializes in medical coaching, working with individuals with a medical condition (e.g. burn-out/stress, diabetes, cancer, MSL, stroke, cardiac diseases etc.), caregivers as well as doctors and nurses.
